At Kulshan Painting, we believe that our success stems not only from our skill and expertise, but also from the quality of character we cultivate within our team. We are more than just painters; we are passionate individuals committed to excellence in everything we do. The crew you see here was from the 2023 summer and each one of them is soon to be a graduate or are WWU Alumni. When we chose guys who want to work with us, we asses character above all else.

At Kulshan, we believe that we can make a painter out of anyone, but you can't train someone to truly care about the craft and service they provide or understand the privilege we have in doing work for others. We find that when you treat your employees with respect and empathy you get the same in return. We invest in them and they invest in us, that is the strength of our company.
