What Paints do we typically use?

We use anything from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Willimas, and Behr. All three have comparable quality. We find no singular brand has everything we need.

QUESTION

What's the average cost to paint an interior?

Every home is different and there is no price per square foot that covers everything. A great rule of thumb is that full interiors cost around 50% more than your exterior would.

What goes into the cost of my project?

The project is broken down into our labor and materials when it comes to interior work. We only charge for the materials you need and supply firm estimates for our labor costs. Labor costs cover the tradesmen on your project as well as the support they need to be available for you and effective.

Are we licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, to all three. We carry more than double the legally mandated liability insurance for residential work. We are in possession of a legitimate and current Washington State General Contractors License and carry a bond.

Who is going to be painting my house?

We are still a family-owned business. There is a chance that any given project will have the Owner or our Foreman available and on site at any one time. One of the core principals we hire on is character. We only hire people we would be comfortable having in our homes and around our families.
